Very good experience overall. Representatives were very prompt and helpful at all stages of move as well as at customs clearance in Delhi (in correcting some paper work).

Very rude and impolite people. They didn't explain that the bikes had to be packed and I lost two bikes on my move to London. They were also one week late with the delivery and didn't tell me about it until I called.
I would not recommend it at all. The move was really inefficient and gave me lots of trouble and stress. Very expensive for the service they offer.
Be careful because this is not a moving agency, so they will not help you with packing and bringing your boxes in the the van or in the apartment. They just deliver it in front of your door and then you need to manage yourself what to do!
When I called because of the delay, the answers I got were very rude, and in a certain way annoyed by my questions and they were 'lazy' to answer. I was treated like the annoying customer, while it was their fault if they were late with the delivery and their fault for the miscommunication.
I really didn't appreciate how disrespectful they were and I didn't have any refund for the damages they caused. My parents had booked a flight to come and help me with the unpacking (we had almost 20 boxes), but the delivery was one week late and they left after 5 days. I didn't get a refund for the flight and the stay booked by my parents in order to come and help us out. In the end they lost their money because they couldn't help with the move.
Moreover, me and my partner called many times for the bikes and the delay. The second time I called, the person almost laughed at me because he/she had talked to my boyfriend few minutes ago. In my opinion there was nothing to joke about. He/she also told me 'ah yes, your husband contacted me before'. Firstly it is not my husband, and secondly I don't see why he/she had to point out the fact that we called again. Not our fault if they weren't able to explain NOTHING to us and of course we were panicking because we didn't know precisely where were our boxes and when they would have been delivered!

WBS doesn't properly inform the customer that pick-up entails a cost in their website. The fee is a surprise, after the boxes have already been taken.
In any case, the dutch company was very reliable, but the delivery in Poland was handled very poorly by the chosen logistics partner. They didn't follow the proper procedures (call before delivery, contact the original sender for necessary information, and so on). I almost did not receive my boxes in time before I couldn't receive them anymore at the designated address. WBS had been informed, and the logistics were ill administered.

The entire process was somewhat surreal. If I did not make contact or call it would be as if baggage.nl did not really exist. My forwarding agents in South Africa provided a waybill completed as per baggage.nl instructions but was told that it was not done correctly, when in fact it was. They stated that because it was not completed correctly they could not deal with the matter. My agents promptly addressed the issue even though they were not at fault. Both the agents and myself constantly sent mails and called in order to get feedback. Eventually I asked [Name removed by Sirelo] if there was a reason why he was not getting back to me. To which he replied that he had already cleared the boxes from customs and that he would be sending me an invoice. It would have been nice to know.........really. Then, I wait for this invoice that he promises to send and it just does not arrive. E-mail and call and eventually I get the invoice that has a warehousing fee and a third party fee on it. Warehousing fee.........because someone did not send me the invoice, i was charged for the incompetence! Third party fee, whos is this third party. Shocked. I would not recommend this company!

I read a few negative reviews on the site for WBS but still decided to go with this company, as I was provided a clear understanding of the entire process by the WBS team, and I was not disappointed. Everything happened just as it was described to me. My things were picked up from my apartment in Netherlands on 10th August and I received the same in India on 23rd August.

Ging niet om een verhuizing. Ik heb een aantal goederen in Nederland aangekocht. De totale zending woog 170kg en een verzending via de traditionele koerierdiensten zou veel te duur geweest zijn. Goederen werden netjes zoals afgesproken opgehaald in het magazijn van de leverancier waar ik ze aangekocht had. Werden per zeevracht van Nederland naar Vietnam verscheept. De verwachtte transittijd was 5-6 weken. Het werden 6 weken en een paar dagen, dus netjes op tijd ook. Lichte schade aan een van de goederen, maar die was volgens mij te wijten aan gebrekkige verpakking van de leverancier en niet aan het transport.

Makkelijk bereikbaar; inzicht in de kosten; minder services dan ik had verwacht (zelf dozen naar de stoep brengen, etc.); geregeld dat de zending vroeg zou worden opgehaald (tussen 9 en 12u) en de vrachtwagen chauffeur was er om 8u, dit was niet de afspraak en werd door het bedrijf beledigd omdat ik niet op tijd klaar stond; was verteld dat de zending 2-4 dagen zou duren maar was uiteindelijk een week (met weekend er tussen)

VERY unsatisfied: OPS didn't even bother to give my phone number, so I had to wait the truck the whole day, phone three times to the Netherlands from London, first to OPS,then to the mover CTS. These ones refused to give me the name and number of their 'agent' in England. And when the truck arrived at last, the driver told me the moving was the cheapest (??!! I paid a LOT of money for this!), and refused to bring the boxes into my flat: he told me that he had to let the boxes on the pavement in front of the house, which, of course, was not what I had paid for. So I had to pay the driver extra for him to bring my boxes inside!! I am very angry about the lack of professionnalism of these two companies, which don't give a good service, prefering to get as much money as possible

Website was erg duidelijk en de kosten waren erg laag. Mijn spullen werden vlot opgehaald en daarna hoorde ik niks meer van het bedrijf. Ik kreeg maar geen betaallink totdat ik daar zelf een aantal keer over heb gemaild. Vervolgens kreeg ik geen bericht wanneer mijn spullen op de boot waren. Toen ik hier eenmaal achteraan bleef gaan kreeg ik een erg kortaf mail waarin werd aangegeven dat zij waren ' vergeten' te mailen dat het onderweg was. Nog steeds geen idee wanneer mijn spullen waren verstuurd en wanneer ze zouden aankomen. Kortom erg slecht in communicatie. Nu mijn spullen eenmaal aangekomen zijn blijken de kosten echter nog heel hoog op te lopen. Misschien toch voor een beter bedrijf kunnen kiezen die duidelijker informative geven.

This has truly been the worst service I have gotten. My contact person [Name removed by Sirelo] was nice and friendly in the start and then turned into a nightmare.
First couple times we had contact she was quickly on the ball and good at solving the problems I had with the moving.
We agreed on a budget price of like 180€ witch to me is a good price.
Then came the day where I expected the company to pick up my boxes (3 boxes and a tv IN BUBBLE WRAP AND A SPECIAL TV BOX). We were asked to stay home all day between 9 and 18 so we did but nobody showed up. Stressed, nervous and confused I call the company office at 18.05 to hear what’s up, only to find that the office closed at 17!? I honestly think that is the dumbest idea ever to close down the office before the drivers can finish their day. What happens if something goes wrong and how can you get help for it?? On top of this the office is closed all weekend so we sat waiting for 3 days before being able to contact them. Moving is already stressful enough in itself but this just added a new layer to my stress.
Finally Monday morning [Name removed by Sirelo] calls me to hear what day I would like my stuff to be picked up... I tell her that I wanted it picked up that Friday - that by the way always was the plan and I have never said any differently. But because the office people are so snobby and lazy nobody ever bothered to call or make sure when they were in doubt as to what day I wanted them to come pick it up. [Name removed by Sirelo] actually turnes the problem over at me and tells me that I haven’t been specific enough!? Im outraged and upset at this point but still just really need somebody to pick up my stuff. Later that day the moving truck comes and picks up our pettit pile of stuff (Art - super nice guy) and I’m so relieved!
Now, I ordered my parcel to be sent to my mums place the 30th (so pick up on the 24th November and drop off at the 30th November). I receive and email regarding the payment for the boxes and the price had grown to almost 300€???!!! Exhausted and so sick of their shit I pay the bill and get on with my life.
On the 30th there was no moving truck no nothing. I email the company regarding it and it honestly takes them forever to reply. Finally they get back to me but still without any specific day that my parcel will show up.... ata this point I had given up. I thought I had been scammed and that I would never get to see my stuff again. I contact them twice that I have received a Danish phone number so now they can contact me instead of bothering my mum with it. After days of no good reply from them and no notice that they will call me instead of my mother I email them again and ask them if they can please just call my number instead of hers and please just give me a date for my stuff to how up. The reply I get says that they can’t really put a serious date but if they had to guess it would be like next Wednesday maybe... by the way at this point I have waited over two weeks on my parcel!!!
They lied, they are lazy, I never got straight answers, they do not respect their customers and they do not know how to run a business!!!
Worst experience ever. I want my money back. The money that I never expected to spend on something this stupid. I hope they hear about this. I’m too exhausted to ever write to them again.

Bij dit bedrijf lever je je spullen af en daarna ben je aan de goden overgeleverd. Geen communicatie omtrent status van de verzending ( aan boord? Bill of lading? Wanneer komt het aan? Bij wie moet je zijn in het land van bestemming Etc...) overal moet jezelf achteraan. Men is bovendien zelf niet in staat aangeleverde zendingen te volgen aangezien men mij na enige moeite wist te melden dat mijn zending al onderweg was, terwijl ik rond de tijd van aankomst te horen kreeg van de shipper dat mijn zending niet eens op de boot stond en nog weg moest met de volgende afvaart. Daardoor alles 6 weken later ontvangen dan beloofd.
Kortom: zaakjes niet op orde, geen actieve communicatie en daarnaast behoorlijk onbeschoft personeel bij de aanname loods die de weging en fysieke registratie doen.

Ian van Rooijen mijn contactpersoon heeft fenomenaal zijn best gedaan om mijn verhuizing zo goed als mogelijk te maken. WBS Bagage bied helaas geen inpak service dus alles moet zelf gedaan worden. Hun transport prijs is veel lager dan andere overzees verhuizers.
