Unhelpful employees.
Had issues with DPD tracking and did not know where my package was. I called them twice to ask if my packet is there and said that tracking is not working. Both times they did not check physically. I spent days trynna track it down among many locations and when I physically went they finally looked for it and found it.

Very unprofessional, the worst customer service. I called this place to check if my package was there and he told me to call 10 minutes later as it was busy. I understood and called back 10 minutes later but then he got angry all of sudden for no reason and refused to check if it’s there. Ridiculously rude staff who refuses to do his work.

Super service. Always looking out tot help you as quick as possible also when three are lot's of people waiting. Packages never got lost with them although i' ve send a lot of them via there services. Also very nice tot the kids. Keep up the good work!

The worst service ever . They are unprofessional. The guy is always impolite and angry. Costumer friendly does not have any meaning for this guy.
He obviously doesn’t respect himself and anybody. Above that he refused to give us our package!!!! Me and my colleagues has been there sometimes, everybody in our company has the same unpleasant experience. If you want to have an annoying and unpleasant day, you can go to this parcel-shop.

Extremely poor service. Had to go there couple of times to pick up packages and for that, the Paramaribo Cargo Service is just fine. However if you ask more than that, you probably will get disappointed by the disinterested and sometimes even rude staff. They don’t take their opening times very serious and it feels like they open and close the shop according to their mood. Went to send a package after they opened 10min late and I had the feeling that the staff member (mid aged guy) doubted first of turning the sign to “open” when he saw me waiting. No greeting as usual when I entered and when I asked for a stripe of tape to fix the etiquette on my package, the staff member wanted to charge me 1eur. I can understand that they probably implemented this policy due to a lot of requests however the way it was demanded from me in a very negative and almost protesting kind of undertone, made me walk away and use another post service office instead. Furthermore I personally think it would have been a nice gesture of customer service to simply put 1 stripe on, especially since he had it in his hands already and this wasn’t my first visit thereLees meer
