I am writing this to inform about how horrible this company is. This is the worst company I have ever dealt with in my entire life. Their employees are abusive scammers and the one pig/ fool I spoke to cost me hundreds in extraneros, which Magic Movers themselves didn't even profit from. Most importantly, there packing service is what I initially hired them for. I had someone show up and he threw clay and glass items in a cardboard box. It looked like a child just threw everything in a box. Once the bixes were opened, I had literally half my items shattered. I had entire roll of bubble wrap in the kitchen, none of it was used. But the scumbags had sent someone to my house saying tissue paper was needed( it wasn't) they charged me a 100 euro extra for some scumbag to come and dropoff tissue paper. An absolute complete scam to make extra money. I had one guy at my house, who threw fragile items in a box for one hour and these crooks charged me 580euro to essentially break my things. They then held them them in storage, which is another bad situation.
You don't have access to your items easily. You have to schedule an appointment to simply have access to your items. When there I went to see the weight of items for shipment and they gave me a small bathroom scale used to weigh humans. Thr story gets way worse from here. I needed my things sent to Nice FR. It was a little over a dozen boxes. They said they could do it for 1250. I uad an entire household sent for 2000. It was cheaper to mail. I told them I need to know the weight to bjy shipping labels. They never checked anything. I had some slob keep repeating over the phone 'he was doing me a favor'. He kept changing the price and was like dealing with sleazy car saleman. No favor was done, I was a paying a client. He lied and told me boxes weighed double the weight than they did. For example one box was horse whip, which weighs nothing. Other boxes simply had a blanket it lampshade in them and they said it weighed 20kg. He told me it was 20kg. Items like my tv, they told me it would be cheaper to buy a new one. So I just let them have a tv. The place is ran by a scumbag business owner sith a bunch of young loser crooks. They act like they are in some whewling and dealing business, rather than a storage business. I had chosen fedex not knowing that the Dutch postal service offers international delivery, I am sure these scumbags did though. Fedex required a different size box to be sent. The boxes that they had packed items in turned out to be ok for Dutch postal service, I discovered later. Once again they stole money from me. When I had them dropoff items they said the owner of the dropoff point which isn't a fedex store , simply a drop off point said boxes weighed too much and at the lastminute the crooks had me pay for more boxes. When eveything arrived in Nice, literally half the items were smashed pieces. This is their professional packing? I paid 600 euro for them to pack to avoid damaged items. I spent a lot of money to simply throw things away. When I contacted them to complain, some young deplorable c*nt, simply told me they never had complaints. She thought she was slick, she was just horrible usless trashbox. The loser owener avoided talking to me. I am speaking to lawyers take them to court to get my money for damages and reporting them to multiple consumer agencies. I have pictures and screenshots of messages, showing both damage, things just thrown in boxes, and lies told in texts and emails. This place is truly ran operated by deplorable crooks, absolute human garbage.Lees meer

Zeer teleurstellende ervaring met dit bedrijf. Ze zouden tussen 12:00 en 14:00 aankomen, maar kwamen pas rond 17:00 opdagen zonder duidelijke communicatie hierover. Ondanks hun belofte om het ongemak te compenseren, hebben ze dit uiteindelijk niet waargemaakt. In plaats daarvan kreeg ik te horen dat ik 'blij moest zijn' dat er geen extra kosten in rekening werden gebracht, omdat ze langer bezig waren. Dit terwijl we zelf al het meeste werk hadden gedaan door grotendeels alles naar beneden te verplaatsen, iets wat eigenlijk bij het verhuispakket inbegrepen was. Hoeveel langer zou het hebben geduurd als wij dit niet zelf hadden gedaan?
De hele ervaring voelde chaotisch en onprofessioneel, en het moment waarop ik voor vertrek moest betalen, kwam bijzonder intimiderend over. Al met al vraag ik me sterk af of hier sprake was van een fout in de planning of simpelweg een gebrek aan servicegerichtheid. Ik kan dit bedrijf helaas niet aanbevelen.

Ik beschrijf mijn ervaring als top. Van inpakken tot uitpakken. Heel erg voorzichtig met onze antieke spullen. Der was een lift en de jongens werkte zo hard en hielpen met alles op ze plek te zetten. Ik ga ook op zakelijk vlak meer met deze jongens werken had heel snel.een offerte en heel duidelijk werd alles aangegeven. Een dikke 10 toppers

broke my lamp, luckily did not break anything else, very clumsy movers, need a lot of attention and clear repeatable requests to carry things properly and not just throw them all around. Movers have like 6 jobs per day, and I was the 5th. Nobody reimbursed the lamp. The work of the company is not insured, and if they break anything, they will just charge the initial price, they don't care, so be aware :/
