Everything was great! They responded well to our emails, accurate quote and easy to communicate with. The two movers were extremely fast and efficient and very friendly as well as helpful. I had a lot of furniture that they disassembled super quickly and were able to fit absolutely everything into our van even though I had my doubts it would fit.

Unfortunately cannot recommend this moving service. I had made and confirmed an appointment with them and called the info number all day to inquire at what time the movers were going to arrive (since I got a two hour timeslot). The info line never picked up and the movers never showed up wasting my time and a day of my holidays which I specifically reserved to move. The excuse was they had fired the person taking care of my move and all their info was gone with them which is lousy and unprofessional. I got offered a discount on my move but on a day I was unavailable so I could not accept it. Hopefully this is a one-off bad luck experience on my part but it was horrible so I would not wish it on anyone else.

I had a great experience with the company. The moving process was arranged within 30 minutes via phone and some email clarifications. Bilal's team was just in time and carried everything really fast and professionally. I would highly recommend the service.

I have moved with this company twice and I can really recommend it. Questions and inquiries are answered quickly and nicely, the prices are good and they work quickly! I had a bad experience with my landlord during my recent move and the movers were polite and patient and allowed me enough time to sort everything out, which was incredibly helpful at the time.

The team provided a fast service at a competitive price with clear initial email responses, but caused damage to fragile items and overcharged.
They were a little careless with clearly-labelled (as in, large red BREEKBAR stickers, etc.) fragile objects. On the day, they overcharged us by charging as-if we consumed the fully-estimated amount of time. We were too tired to argue with (or notice) the pricing on the day but it must be pointed out that the team arrived late due to a scheduling mix up (it happens) and finished early because they are very fast. Their terms & conditions clearly state:
> You only pay for the hours worked, taking into account the minimum purchase of 3 hours.

> (our job was 2-3 hours less than estimated, but above the 3 hour minimum).
Speed is generally a good thing, but we felt that it was bad in this instance because it resulted in damaged fragile items - despite the fact that we paid as-if the team had more time.
It didn't help that the team also ignored our direct complaint about the fragile item damage (we did not mention being overcharged in our complaint - it happens). We did not request anything in exchange in our complaint. A simple 'yeah, sorry, we will keep it in mind moving forward, etc' would have saved them this review.Lees meer

Would have given 5* if they had answered their phone for enquiries rather than all contact by email. Nonetheless a very quick reaction to our request for a small office removals quote and at a reasonable tariff. Very good, professional & competent service by the removal guys. Arrived exactly on time and completed the move very quickly. Would definitely recommend.
