That’s my worst experience ever!
I wish I can give them 0 star review but unfortunately I don’t have this option.
I purchased 2 old cars from Brasil, and an agent from Brasil he helped me with all of the paperwork, very nice guy!
And this agent found this company QCS Netherlands online to unload the containers and to store the cars to be ready for delivery.
The QCS, left my container few weeks forgotten inside the port of Rotterdam and for that I payed extra fees around €2,500.
Then I had arranged my delivery to destination for certain time before, because everything needs schedule.
They didn’t accept to grab the pickup time, and my buddy went in vacation for 2 weeks, and I advise about this problem with few before.
My cars stayed parked around 2 weeks on the warehouse, I just want mention that they don’t have a warehouse, they use another company for this service, and they charged me €195.
Also the charge for unloading the 2 vehicle from the port of Rotterdam to the warehouse they charged me around €1,800.
I’m so disappointed working with this company, I can really say that they are scammers!

I use to work with another company, I’m not giving any name for that, because I don’t want to interpreted that I’m doing advertising for them but their service is 100% different and very transparent.
