They came 30 min late and checked our things, said ‘that’s it?’ so it seemed quite easy for the team. At the end we paid 1’5 hour more (= 390 euros), very good :)
1) No lift came on the moving day even though we mentioned a few times, and it was clearly in the quote. We realized and called the center to relocate one.
2) In the inspection call I was told that a Paus Easy solution would be provided so that we would not need to ask for parking permit (which costs 400 euros). However, at the end it turned out to be impossible for more than 10 meters. Thus, a normal sized lift came to help. Paus Easy was actually the biggest reason I chose this company. In the call they were way too confident mentioning in every sentence like ‘no problem’ ‘no worries’, it can fit…
3) several scratches on the furniture, on the window frame. We wrote email to ask them to handle with the insurance company, again, following a series of ‘no problem’, ‘we can help’, I still don’t have any answers after two weeks. Afterall, who can fix scratches?
Stressed out for a whole day, but we moved everything in at least. 1500 Euros for 5km, 20 cube meter. I should have chosen another company that I was hesitating about. Anyway.
Next time we would just do it ourselves and rent an external lift, that would be an optimal solution. At the end of day, people, you should know that no one cares as much as you do. We are expat, we are easily to be fooled in some companies’ opinion, and we don’t have much time.Lees meer
