Charged as if it was a premium service, but then it was worse than a low cost supplier. They performed only half of the deliverables and destroyed a 1000€ piece.

Good service and the packers were good and did a thorough job. Items were carefully packed and if anything was missed they were happy to collect and fit in the container

Het blijft een dure bezigheid, dat professioneel verhuizen. Maar we wilden onszelf zoveel mogelijk 'ontzorgen', dus hadden ook geen zin om alles in te pakken. Dat inpakken en inladen ging super snel. Onze spullen werden ook heel erg goed ingepakt en slechts een enkel klein dingetje is in het transport beschadigd. Men was wel één pakje vergeten mee te nemen, maar aangezien wij met onze eigen auto gingen was dat geen probleem. Wat ik wel bezwaarlijk vond, is dat je na het uitladen gevraagd wordt om te tekenen voor de goede ontvangst van al je spullen, terwijl je natuurlijk niet elke doos (van de ca 300 dozen in ons geval!) gaat controleren; dat zou veel tijd in beslag nemen terwijl de verhuizers staan te wachten. Dus dat formulier teken je gewoon en is dus eigenlijk een 'wassen neus'. Gelukkig is bij ons alles goed gegaan.

I move from the Netherlands too Colombia with SantaFe netherland,Amsterdam.After the contract was sign,12000€ for the movement from door to door i get a built for the Harbor cost in Colombia,6000€. Nobody tell me about that. The salesmen, [name removed by Sirelo]say they are soms small cost at the Harbor. Small ? 6000€ !! My wife is Colombian and we no need to pay import taxes. After several mail's with [name removed by Sirelo] the cost are reduced to 3500€. On the day to packed they come with a truck not with a 40''container need to be decharge and recharge in a container in there warehouse, not good for all the fournituren and other stuff. Once in Colombia I get again the built for the harbour cost,again 6000€, several mail's with [name removed by Sirelo] later they say I must pay this and maybe later I get some money back, maybe. Now all is close because the Corona and the Colombian company take out my container from the harbour and decharge all stuff again in a warehouse, off course on my cost, 1000€ again I must pay otherwise I not get my stuff. After Corona all must be recharge and delivery at my house. All is charge and recharge 4times !!! I am scare how looks all. I am not responsible for the Corona and it is not my fault they not can delivery but ALL cost are for me no compassion or understanding of the situation from SantaFe. The only thing what I can say positive over this company that the packing crew in Netherland was top. The badest company I ever meet with the badest service I ever saw.Lees meer

Mooie praatjes en plaatjes bij intake, maar praktijk is anders. Ze maken gebruik van onder aannemers. In ons geval 2 verschillende partijen waarvan 1 partij een stel lompe harries uit Den Haag. Het verhuisbedrijf uit Limburg was wel ok. Dure spullen zouden met extra zorg ingepakt worden maar met een duur schilderij werd omgegaan alsof het een of ander goedkope prul was. Er zou een klusjesman geregeld worden maar die is nooit geweest. Dure lamp is beschadigd bij demonteren. Nooit meer Santa Fe.

This was our first large scale move as a company so we were looking for a consultant as well as mover. We encountered one major problem which Sante Fe ended up resolving for us and all other requests were met on time with check ups along the way. Overall a very good experience.
