We had a container from China to The Netherlands, they arranged the internal logistics to door. Everything went so smoothly, it was fast and professional. We like their service a lot. If we have more containers in the future which need to be handled, we will definitely cooperate with them again!

Very good service. everything goes smoothly, just like it was talked at the beginning. a reply of questions per email will be given on the same day or on the next day. sercon is a very efficient and reliable agency. Sercon Shipping provided excellent service when I needed to ship a heirloom piece of furniture from The Netherlands to the USA. Arno Bos guided the process along professionally with timely emails, detailed information and accurate paperwork. Whenever I got worried about the timing of things, he was responsive to my emails within 24 hours and was able to ease my mind. I really felt I was in good hands and he even sent me photos of the crate they built around the cabinet. Sercon took care of all the paperwork and guided me in the process with the receiving shipping company here in the USA. In a time of personal distress it was comforting to know that it was well taken care of. I just received the cabinet yesterday in tip top shape! Sercon Shipping provided excellent service and responded very well and quickly on questions I had. They arranged everything from picking up the container, storing the container, re-certifying the container and shipping the container to Canada. Communication was clear and prompt and timelines were always met or exceeded. Big compliment to Arno from Sercon Shipping. His service is highly recommended.

Mr Arno Bos kept me informed and happy to say, my crate has arrived!
Unbeatable to have door to door service from a small country place in The Netherlands to a rural place in the USA.
E-mails were promptly answered by mr Bos and his customs agent which I very much appreciated.
