We provide personal advice about the entire process including all customs clearance questions related to the export and import of their goods.

Wat is je verzekeringspolis? Hoe ga je om met beschadigde artikelen?

The customer’s goods are automatically insured with a standard liability Insurance up to a maximum insured amount of Euro 23,000.00. We also often recommend and offer a separate All Risks Insurance. The cost and insured amount is then calculated based on the value of the goods. Claim handling: In the event of any damage, the customer will receive a response from Henneken within a few working days.

Incredibly happy with choosing Mondial Verhuisbedrijf Henneken for a move from Edinburgh to Amsterdam.

They were super friendly, professional, and communicative throughout the process online, and in person they were so efficient but careful with our belongings.

We moved not knowing exactly where our destination was location wise (still looking for a flat at the time), and they were able to store our things in the Netherlands for a very reasonable price for a few weeks before the final delivery to our flat.

They were incredibly efficient when it came to loading and unloading our things, even though we had very tricky long/steep staircases on both sides of the move. I had several fragile musical instruments to bring, and they were transported without any damage, so very happy there!

Cannot recommend them more highly, and would definitely use them again if moving :)

From the first quote we received from this company to the final delivery of our furniture in The Netherlands their service was outstanding. Good communication every step of the way, professional and efficient packing, friendly staff and services/delivery provided on time as quoted. I particularly appreciated the care the team took in respecting, packing and delivering my harp. I have moved internationally a couple of times and this has been one of the easiest moves. Thank you to the Henneken team for the good service. It is much appreciated.

Good communication, the movers themselves were very competent, efficient, and laid-back, and all of my things were moved with no damage, and there was only a short time between pick-up in Brussels and delivery in London (6 days). I have no complaints and would recommend their services.
