Wat is je verzekeringspolis? Hoe ga je om met beschadigde artikelen?

The customer’s goods are automatically insured with a standard liability Insurance up to a maximum insured amount of Euro 23,000.00. We also often recommend and offer a separate All Risks Insurance. The cost and insured amount is then calculated based on the value of the goods. Claim handling: In the event of any damage, the customer will receive a response from Henneken within a few working days.

From the first quote we received from this company to the final delivery of our furniture in The Netherlands their service was outstanding. Good communication every step of the way, professional and efficient packing, friendly staff and services/delivery provided on time as quoted. I particularly appreciated the care the team took in respecting, packing and delivering my harp. I have moved internationally a couple of times and this has been one of the easiest moves. Good communication, the movers themselves were very competent, efficient, and laid-back, and all of my things were moved with no damage, and there was only a short time between pick-up in Brussels and delivery in London (6 days). I have no complaints and would recommend their services.
