46In March I found this company on internet.
I needed moving service from Netherlands to USA.
We adjusted price for delivery my things door to door and verbally (it was my mistake) they are promised delivery max within 1,5 - 2 month.
1st I contacted with [Name removed by Sirelo], when we adjusted price she connected me with [Name removed by Sirelo].
28 of March 2024 UTS International picked up my boxes.
At this moment, when I write this review, it`s already 31 of July outside (here in US), and unfortunately I still did not get my things here.
I have got an email from shipping agency from US that planning date of delivery approximately not earlier 4 - 5 August.
And it`s already 4 month +
I sent an email to UTS International to [Names removed by Sirelo] - explained my situation and ask about small compensation for me like 20% off, because my order delaying more than 2 month - unfortunately they are even did not answered me.
Than I sent again email to them and add to copy of emails addresses from all of branches of they company and received they answer - 'it`s not possible because I get already price with discount' when I ordered they service.
Ok, I asked please redirect my question to director and in a few days received answer from sales director Mr. [Name removed by Sirelo] - same answer, and explanation that delay for 2 month later it`s normal situation and this is not a reason for compensation.
I am sorry for long text, but maybe later I can write a bit more details or update info if situation is changes.
I don`t want to say anything wrong to this company and those guys from company, but maybe this review will a bit helpful for you (who read it) before you get decision and choice which company do you like to cooperate - it is your decision.
Anyway, if you decide work with UTS International, please have a little more attention to documents, sign each agreement on documents, each promises, prices etc.
In my experience - I felt like interest to you dropped off after your full payment, and when I have real questions about some problem - it`s my problem.
The truth is often bitter...
