Deden een efficiënte en zorgvuldige job.
Op tijd bij het ophaaladres en op tijd bij de aflevering.

Planning probeerde het een aantal keren te verschuiven, maar gelukkig is het uiteindelijk wel volgens de oorspronkelijke opgave afgeleverd.
De goederen waren uitstekend ingepakt.
De verhuizers zelf, [namen verwijderd door Sirelo] waren uiterst behulpzaam, echt geweldige leuke, positieve mannen.

Apart from that, the volume assessment from UTS was absolutely spot on, the crew was very friendly and professional, and the paperwork was pretty straightforward. All of our questions were replied swiftly (both in the Netherlands and in Canada) and we had overall great experience.
Everything arrived in good order. We can only advice to supervise bike packing as one of our bikes got twisted and bent.
We would definitely recommend UTS!

After this information was received (and confirmed) I got the invoice which I paid. So far communication was good.
Less than a week before the moving date I received an email from the English removals company (which UTS contracted) to let me know that the removals date had changed (two days later). UTS didn't send me any message about this, nor did they apologize until I contacted them about it. Only on the removals day itself I received information about the actual time the company would pick up my stuff (before that day, UTS hadn't been able to tell me which time they would arrive). After the removals took place, in fact on the day all my stuff was collected, I received an email to let me know that delivery would't be possible on my new address. Shuttle busses would be necessary and that would cost me 750 EUR extra!
I refused to pay this because I had provided them all this information about the address (incl pictures) far in advance after all (and they had agreed and confirmed). Until one day before arrival of my stuff in the UK (which has been an unknown date until just before) they let me know that I didn't have to pay extra, but they would't refund the excess I'd paid (my moving volume turned out to be lower than calculated based on their inventory). I haven't heard anything from them since. No apology, no evaluation, nothing. I am deeply disappointed in their service and I won't contract them in the future for sure. An international removal is a stressful event already, and the reason to hire a company is to take part of this stress away. Dank u wel voor uw reactie, wij vinden het heel spijtig te vernemen dat de communicatie niet volgens verwachting is gegaan onze oprechte excuses hiervoor. Wij beseffen dat een verhuizen zeer stressvol is, maar konden u helaas niet eerder berichten en hebben geprobeerd u zo goed mogelijk op de hoogte te houden van de verwachtingen. Wij hebben een oplossing kunnen vinden om toch bij uw moeilijk bereikbare woning te kunnen komen, zonder uiteindelijk additionele kosten waarmee we de kosten voor shuttle service konden voorkomen hetgeen helaas wat langer duurde. Wij konden dit u 2 dagen voor de levering laten weten. Het spijt ons zeer dat de verhuizing niet aan uw verwachting heeft voldaan en danken u voor de feedback die wij zeker zullen gebruiken ter verbetering van onze service.
