The company made an exellent job. The movement coordination was easily do it by mail. People arrived on Time with all necesary to pack stuff safely. Súper recomendable.

Communication, and the feeling that everything is under control has been critical to our moving experience. Schmidt provided this. They were easy to reach and gave me one person the contact. The move itself was done in a very professional way. The price was very equitable. Compared to other companies we were in contact with, they were MUCH better.

na gemaakte afspraken (geen open eindjes) toch nog €4000 extra rekening. Amateuristische partner in griekenland. Niet gezekerde lading in een vrachtwagen waardoor alles is gaan schuiven. Ontzettend veel kapot. Wat kon breken is gebroken, gedeukt of beschadigd

Terrible service. Over-promised and under-delivered. Was promised that my shipment would arrive in 2 months. They then kept delaying the estimated delivery date and claiming that it is normal. It has now been 3 months and in the latest update the shipment is waiting at another port with no estimated delivery date. Stay away! The cost difference is not worth it.

Kies NIET voor Schmidt Global Relocations! Inboedel was ingepakt in Aug 2022 en heb pas mijn spullen ontvangen eind Jan 2023!!! Bijna 7 maanden! Vooraf was het contact goed, maar zodra de producten opgehaald zijn is de cummunicatie zeer slecht! De ''movemanager'' [Naam verwijderd door Sirelo]
was nergens te bekennen! Het contact moest altijd vanaf mijn kant komen en updates over de spullen waren er niet. Ik had op voorhand, Apple AirTags in mijn spullen gestopt om mijn verscheping te kunnen traceren. Elke keer wanneer ik om een update over mijn eigendommen vroeg, werd er gelogen over de locatie waar de spullen verbleven! Communicatie verloopt alleen via email want eenmaal internationaal doet Schmidt geen moeite meer om je op een fatsoenlijke manier te woord te staan. Ik kan nog veel meer kwijt over alle dingen die er ontstaan zijn tijdens deze verhuizing dankzij Schmidt. De verhuizing internationaal was al stressvol genoeg, maar Schmidt heeft hier ontzettend negatief aan bijgedragen.
